The JJIF, the world governing body for Ju-Jitsu, a member of GAISF and AIMS is conducting the world championships at the famous Ju-Jitsu arena in Abu Dhabi from October 29th- November 8th.
HRH Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan officially opened the event welcoming the best Jiu Jitsu athletes from around the world to Abu Dhabi. Many high ranking officials from the UAE government were in attendance.
The President of JJIF Panagiotis Theodoropoulos who is also the Vice President of AIMS, showed his pride on the development of the Ju-Jitsu family over the last years with the inclusion in the Asian Games, the successful World Games in Birmingham and on the continued strive of JJIF for continued international recognition.
The AIMS Family wishes all the Ju-Jitsu athletes from around the world best of luck for the rest of the competition.
