AIMS President joins international sports leaders at Maison Swiss reception celebrating Lausanne in 2024 Olympic Games in Paris

Stephan Fox, the President of the Alliance of Independent Recognised Members of Sport  (AIMS), attended the Canton de Vaud reception at the “Maison Swiss” (Swiss House) in Paris during the 2024 Olympic Games. The event, held in the gardens of the Swiss Embassy in France, celebrated Lausanne, the Olympic capital, and the host city for many international sports organisations, including AIMS.

The reception provided an opportunity for key figures in the sports world to meet and network. International sports dignitaries had an opportunity to meet with high-ranking Swiss officials, including President Viola Amherd, Lausanne Mayor Grégoire Junod, and other Canton de Vaud authorities. The event underscored the strong ties between Switzerland, particularly Lausanne, and the international sports community.
