The Global Association of International Sports Federations (GAISF) today filed an application for intervention with the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), to serve as a third party in the forthcoming arbitration between the WADA and the Russian Anti-Doping Agency (RUSADA). GAISF is the house of the International Sport Federations and as a signatory to the WADA Code and as an organiser of Multi-Sport Games, GAISF’s purpose for intervention is to ensure clarity on sanctions and their implementation.
