GAISF and Kellerhals Carrad yesterday hosted a webinar for International Sports Federations (IFs) on competition law and the athlete eligibility landscape within the European Union and abroad.

Over 57 of GAISF’s Members registered for the webinar which consisted of an introduction by Kellerhals Carrard Partner and Co-Founder Dr Francois Carrard, along with presentations by other Kellerhals Carrard Partners, Lic. Iur. Christophe Rapin and Dr Vincent Jäggi, regarding recent General Court of the European Union decisions on athlete eligibility.

In addition, a Q&A session, moderated by sports lawyer, TV presenter and former Olympian Dr Zsuzsa Csisztu, was held to facilitate in depth discussion and knowledge sharing on this key area within the world of sport.
