The 2019 WMF World Championships has taken place in one of China’s most historical and beautiful cities, Zhouzhuang, known for its canals and is called “The Venice of China”.
The AIMS President had the honour to be part of the breathtaking opening ceremony, showcasing the unique culture of China, integrating sporting elements of minigolf. The AIMS president also had the opportunity to congratulate the AIMS General Secretary, Dr Gerhard Zimmermann on his re-election and the success of this World Championships is the testimony of Mr Zimmermann’s vision taking a sport known for all abilities from strong to stronger.
