AIMS would like to congratulate AIMS President, Mr Stephan Fox on his new appointment as SportAccord Vice President! Mr Fox shared a few words:
“The unity of the world sporting family is of utmost importance, and we must ensure that all voices are heard. The cooperation of SportAccord, IOC and WADA; the close relationship of both the Olympic and non-Olympic international federations and the sporting organisations must work to benefit the most important asset of all our sports, the youth and the athletes. It is an honour for me to be part of the SportAccord Council, led by our President Patrick Baumann, along with the other seven truly outstanding sport personalities. I will do my part to work under the direction of the President and the council, to do the best for every member and certainly the 23 members of AIMS, who have given me their trust. I have no doubt that the close cooperation with all stakeholders in the recognised world of sport will benefit us all.”
