IPSC Shares Key Administrative and Technical Updates in April 2025 Newsletter

The International Practical Shooting Confederation (IPSC) has issued its April 2025 President’s Newsletter, highlighting recent developments discussed during Executive Council meetings and offering updates that reflect IPSC’s ongoing commitment to operational excellence and technological advancement.

Among the key updates is a significant enhancement of the Electronic Scoring System (ESS). Newly introduced features now allow Range Officers and Area CROs to access only the stages within their specific responsibilities—improving event security and streamlining match operations. A new tool to integrate Shoot-Off events into the ESS has also been developed and will debut at the upcoming PCC/MR World Shoot.

The registration for the Handgun World Shoot is set to open within the next few days, marking another milestone in IPSC’s calendar of elite international competitions.

Administratively, an application for IPSC membership from Luxembourg is currently under review and will be placed on the General Assembly Agenda following clarification of a few outstanding points.
